Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Travel Sales Consultant at Travelvago based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with flexibility for remote work. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, handling customer service inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Experience in making Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Customer Service expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
