Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Sales Professional at Baggins. The IT Sales Professional will be responsible for pitching, presenting, and selling technology solutions to potential clients. Daily tasks include prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and preparing sales reports. The role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of technology products, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Knowledge of IT products and solutions
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
What to expect
We are offering a full-time position with a starting salary of Kshs. 45,000 per month along with a monthly allowance of Kshs. 10,000 for a renewable 1-year commitment to suitable candidates (a total of Kshs. 55,000 a month). This position includes a probation period of 3 months to assess the capabilities and qualifications of selected candidates. During this period, we will focus on evaluating candidates who can showcase exceptional sales performance and adeptness in fostering strong customer relationships. Please note that meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrating the ability to cultivate successful customer interactions will be key criteria for consideration, and, during the probation period, there will be no allowances given. If any of your leads or prospects successfully transition into clients, you will be entitled to a 10% commission on their purchase and will also secure the job for you. Your CV and background will not serve as primary qualifications for the role; instead, the outcome of the probation period will determine your suitability for the position.
