Job Purpose Statement
The Regional Marketing Manager will contribute to the success of EA Acquiring by strategizing, planning, and executing product marketing strategy. They will be well skilled in Planning, managing, tracking, and improving all marketing strategy for a portfolio of Digital financial products.
They will be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.
For this role, you be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, Branding, positioning & segmentation. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.
This position reports to the Regional Head of Marketing and will be responsible for the planning, creating and coordinating product marketing programs with a key focus on launching new products, driving new business and retention.
Responsibilities
Develop product go to market strategies.
Provide a clear and detailed understanding of our products and develop marketing briefs for other marketing support units/Agencies
Translate technical product details into benefits for the user
Follow and analyze market trends to position products
Oversight development of messaging across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
Work with various teams (commercial, product, design, content, sales, regional and group) to develop and implement got to market strategy.
Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
Budgeting, Cost optimization and ROI Reporting for product marketing initiative
Due to the fluid and dynamic environment within Network, new, additional or changed position responsibilities will occur
Successful demonstration of change orientation is an on-going responsibility in all positions.
Knowledge and Experience

Relevant Marketing Degree and certifications
Experience working as a Marketing Manager and implementing successful marketing strategy.
Experience with market research
Experience managing 3rd party agencies
Years of Experience (Minimum)
Minimum 6 years’ experience, preferably within Fintech.
Experience working with and/or leading a wide range of marketing functions, including product marketing, communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing and social media.
