Taxwise Africa Consulting LLP (‘Taxwise Africa”) is an independent tax advisory firm established in 2012 with the objective of providing high end tax services to our clients across the East African region. The tax advisory team at Taxwise Africa consists of carefully selected professionals who are committed to providing bespoke and practical tax solutions to our clients.
The team has experience in providing domestic, regional, and international taxation advisory. We train our team in technical and organizational skills internally as well as from leading institutions, with the goal being that any third-year associate should be able to deal with any tax matters across the region.

We are recruiting tax and legal graduate trainees to join our team in the Nairobi and Mombasa office. In addition to strong academic credentials, you should possess good judgment, excellent analytical skills, and the intellectual rigor to grasp the tax intricacies of large-scale cross-border and multijurisdictional transactions and financial trends.
CANDIDATES PROFILE
- Graduate within the period of 2023 – 2024. Students expecting to graduate later this year qualify.
- Minimum B+ KCSE mean grade.
- University graduate with a minimum of a second-class Upper degree in any discipline.
- Law graduates must have completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and newly admitted as Advocates of the High Court of Kenya.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Screening of applications
- The shortlisted candidates will be invited for an aptitude test
- Once successful with the aptitude assessment, the candidates will be invited for interviews, where you will meet the managers and partners
- Successful candidates will thereafter be given their offer letters.
